About Us
Bella Flora is a Full-Service Event Florist, Design & Décor Company. Bella was founded in 2004 to fill a void in Central Iowa to create events in which there is a unique mix of ever growing looks & styles while providing superior quality, customer service, attention to detail… all at an affordable price…which is the key to our success! We are thrilled with the growth of our business, gained almost exclusively by referrals & word of mouth.
Designing a Perfect Event
At Bella Flora, we understand what you are going through in your decision-making process & are sensitive to both your vision & budget. We will show you various options that can be possibilities that go with your aesthetic & budget.
Our Process
We accept clients for booking 12-18 months out. After securing the date, we begin the design process about 6-9 months prior to the event. Starting with the design of the guest tables, we will help you define your style & color scheme through the use of linens, containers, flowers and accessories. Feel free to bring along any pictures of ideas that help captivate your vision. We work in three efficient meetings and all three are complimentary. We find it helpful to work in stages, focusing on the task at hand & customizing specific elements to your taste & style. If you have a specific budget, please state this early in the process. Our unmatched ability to be on the same page as our clients both in the written form & visually is another area that sets us apart from our competition
Securing Bella Flora Services
We choose to only accept a limited number of events per weekend; therefore, the initial consultation is a mutual selection process. Our mantra is we will do what we can do, and do well, then we turn down additional opportunities once we’ve achieved a comfort level with the balance of events/orders on our calendar. This assures our clients that their event is our focus.
